Northbourne Park Retirement Village is a non-for-profit organisation, run by a Board of professional men and women who volunteer their time to Northbourne.

Northbourne is an independent living facility. We are a Retirement / Lifestyle Village.

Northbourne residents can source external assistance from care providers for their own personal needs.

On moving to Northbourne you can either rent a unit or lease a villa. Units are co-joined and have a choice of one or two bedrooms. Villas are stand alone, usually with a lock up garage and have two bedrooms.

Villas CAN NOT be purchased and on-sold by the resident nor can they be rented to another individual.
